1. Definitions
Platform: The IoT web portal, dashboards, APIs, analytics, and associated services.
Company: Tapasya Technovation.
User: Any individual or entity accessing the Platform.
Confidential Information: All non-public technical, architectural, operational, or security-related information.
2. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including software, source code, firmware interactions, algorithms, UI/UX, documentation, and data structures, are owned exclusively by Tapasya Technovation.
Nothing in this agreement grants the User ownership rights of any kind.
3. License Grant
The Company grants the User a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purpose.
4. Restrictions
The User shall NOT:
• Copy, modify, distribute, or sublicense the Platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or inspect internal logic
• Bypass security controls or access restricted features
• Scrape data, APIs, or dashboards
• Use the Platform to develop competing products
5. Security & Monitoring
The Platform may implement activity logging, security monitoring, and tamper detection mechanisms.
Unauthorized or suspicious activity may result in immediate access termination.
6. Confidentiality
Users acknowledge the Platform may expose sensitive IoT, industrial, and cybersecurity-related information.
Such information must not be disclosed without written authorization.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of Liability
Tapasya Technovation shall not be liable for data loss, business interruption, security incidents, or indirect damages.
9. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of this agreement.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
